I am:  a daughter, sister, friend and spiritual activist.

I believe: in the interconnectedness of all beings and non-beings and our potential to create, grow, nurture, release and heal.

I find joy in: my parents’ belly laughs; a deep night’s sleep; long walks on which I listen to an album on repeat; being understood; and witnessing others on their journeys.

I’m curious about: the relationship between joyful moments and deep healing; all the beings I haven’t met; what it feels like to be an eldest, immigrant daughter who takes care of herself; and the practice of loving myself more and more each day.

I am no longer interested in: convincing people that systems of oppression exist; making people comfortable at the expense of diminishing my presence and my truth; external validation; unseasoned food; and anything and anyone that makes me feel less than whole.
