Rooting and Remembrance Practice | New Year's Day

Join us for this practice to begin the new Gregorian year from a soft and sweet place. This offering is intended to serve as an antidote to the harmful messages we receive always, but especially at this time of the year around scarcity and deficit. Through gentle movement and guided breathwork and meditation, we will remember and root ourselves in our inherent wholeness and wisdom. Join us to begin the year embodying deep reverence for your bodies, breath and interconnected paths.
